- Google don't recommend using certain tools for ranking reports - they look pretty but do they work? No!
A search for a home in, say, Miami, FL will give you a way different report than a search for a home in, say, Charlotte NC
Another example - try a search for the same term on your neighbors and then your computer - do you see the same thing? Enough said.
