Nice to see Yahoo Search Marketing offering zip code targeting these days.

With the plethora of local business (Joe the Plumber and Joe the SEO) not wishing to work in certain areas it makes common fiscal and advertorial sense to use zip code targeting - Google have been doing this for a long time but not called zip code seo targeting

Nice one Yahoo! Try and catch up now won't you!

Why on earth have I been watching nothing but silly newscasters broadcasting live (resplendent in anoraks) at disaster zones describing waves, trees falling over and broken glass?

Why can't the likes of ABC, CNN and Fox just hang a few web cams around lamp posts and get the hell out of there?

I mean surely these "eyewitness news reporters" have got to be pretty stupid to put themselves in harms way? I know if I was as foolish as they are I would have the sense to actually tie myself to something sturdy (trees not included)

I watch BBC America to get my civilized news and at least our guys have the brains to just get a news feed from one of the more heroic - stupid TV stations.

I reckon a good SEO, a good website designer, a good blogger and there will be no "risky moments" bar the loss of the odd webcam ....
